When you sell your home with Antonio Ortega LLC, I offer a reduced commission structure designed to help you keep more money at closing.
Instead of the typical 6% total commission structure often seen in the market, I suggest that sellers offer buyer’s agent compensation capped at 2% and 2% for me as your listing agent. This structure can help reduce the total commission and allow you to keep more of your equity when your home sells.
On a $500,000 sale
Your savings: $10,000
On a $700,000 sale
Your savings: $14,000
If your home sells for more than the examples above, you can estimate your savings by calculating your savings 2% of the sale price.
There is no reduction in the service I provide to you. I still include professional photography, massive market exposure across the major real estate platforms, and personal advertising to help your home attract the right buyers, you can cancel the listing agreement anytime!

Under the updated national rules, buyers must sign a written agreement with a licensed real estate agent.
If you don't already have a written agreement with another Real Estate Agent. we can view your first home without any additional paperwork. However, for any subsequent showings, my broker and the National Association of Realtors require that the agreement be approved by you, and it must be in place before we write the offer to purchase. This agreement may be canceled at any time under Section 9, Early Termination.
When you approve the EBBA, you qualify for my reduced 2.5% commission program on residential purchases of $500,000 or more. This allows you to save while still receiving full service. For sellers, the listing commission can be as low as 2%.
