When you buy a home with me, my professional fee is reduced to 2.5%, instead of the traditional 3%.
I include this in your Offer to Purchase and request that the seller pay it, so you aren’t paying out-of-pocket for buyer representation.
Under the updated national rules, buyers must sign a written agreement with a licensed real estate agent before viewing any homes.
We can view your first home without any additional paperwork. However, for any subsequent showings, my broker and the National Association of Realtors require that the agreement be approved by you, and it must be in place before we write the offer to purchase. This agreement may be canceled at any time under Section 9, Early Termination.
The Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement (EBBA) ensures you receive:

• Guidance through inspections, financing, and closing
• Priority scheduling for showings
When you approve the EBBA, you qualify for my reduced 2.5% commission program on residential purchases of $400,000 or more, helping you save while still receiving full service.
